Raised in two contrasting worlds, Timera had the privilege of learning both the employee and entrepreneurial mindsets firsthand. Her mother, Sarah Henderson, dedicated over 30 years to retail, teaching Timera the value of hard work and providing for a family. Meanwhile, her father, Timothy Washington Sr., successfully ran multiple businesses, including dollar stores, cellphone companies, trucking enterprises, clubs, and a sound and production company. Observing both, she learned not just how to work but also how to create opportunities and build wealth.
By the age of 15, Timera was already managing payroll, training employees, and handling business operations under her father's guidance. This experience cemented her desire never to work for someone else. At 19, she took her first entrepreneurial leap, partnering with her mother to launch Dezyre’ Inventory Analysis. Though she later closed that venture in 2014, she rebounded in 2015 by founding what is now Increase Marketing & Consulting—an ecosystem designed to uplift, innovate, and empower both clients and team members.
More than just a visionary entrepreneur, Timera is also a devoted mother to her two sons, Demario Bell Jr. and Christian Bell. She lives by the principle of putting God first, family second, and business third, believing that true success comes through service, excellence, and faith.
